No refund policy
This policy applies to virtual courses offered by Moore Financial Services in the state of Texas and the 50 states including the District of Columbia. Deposits made on a virtual course are nonrefundable. The deposit holds the student’s place for the course. Course participants are limited to 25 people for each class. Balance must be paid in full prior to class beginning on May 1, 2023. In the event that a student is unable to attend a virtual course due to circumstances outside of their control, such as illness, injury, or death, a refund of the deposit may be requested in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must include proof of the extenuating circumstances. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the course provider is final and binding. Once the deposit is made the student will receive an email with detailed instructions for course dates and materials necessary to complete the course. Full payment must be made 72 hours prior to the beginning of the course. Once the course is completed, no refunds are allowed for the remaining balance. Shall the student fail to attend class, no refunds will be issued unless an “act of God, serious illness or death occurs. Our first remedy is to include the student in the next class offered. Classes will be conducted by an Ai instructor. All students will have access to a human instructor by means of chat and/or email. This policy is subject to change without notice.
